4/29: I went over the printout of your
grades and the exam. There is no class on Friday. The
review session for the final is Sunday at 5:00 and the final is
Monday at 7:00 PM. I will allow you to start it early or end
late. However, I will only be available from 7-9 for
questions. So, I would recommend starting early rather than
starting late.
4/27: We set the time for the review
session for the final as 5:00 Sunday. We then finished Chapter
15.
4/24: We started Chapter 15.
4/22: You took the exam.
4/20: I handed back the homework and went
over it. We also went over the questions on the review sheet. The review session for
Wednesday's exam is tomorrow at 3:30. The
video of today's class is now available here.
4/17: We finished Chapter 14.
4/15: You did the lab #9. I handed
back the Excel sheets with an answer key over the weekend. I
handed out the review sheet for next
Wednesday's exam. I asked when the review session should
be. I got two responses. Basically any time Tuesday
except 2:00 - 3:30. So, as not to interfere with my office
hours and to leave at least an hour, I have decided to have the
review session next Tuesday at 3:30.
4/10: I handed back the non-Excel files of
Homework #8 and went over it. We then finished Chapter 13 and
started Chapter 14. Remember, the next class is
Wednesday. Homework #9 and Lab #9
are due then.
4/8: You handed in Homework #8 and did the
lab. I handed out Homework #9.

4/6: We covered much of Chapter 13.
Remember, the lab and the Homework #8
are due Wednesday.
4/3: You took the exam.
4/1: We reviewed the homework and the
questions on the review sheet. The
review session is Thursday at 4:00.
3/30: You did the lab. We set the
time for the review session for Friday's exam as 4:00
Thursday. I handed out the review sheet
for Exam #3.
3/27: I handed back the homework and went
over it. We then took a practice test. Remember, Homework/Lab #7 is due MONDAY.
3/25: You did the lab and handed in
Homework #6. I handed out Homework #7.
3/23: We finished Chapter 12.
Remember, Homework #6 is due next
class. To do the lab part, you will watch the videos on my YouTube page.
I will be on Zoom during the class time if you have questions.
My new office hours are posted on my webpage. They are Monday
through Friday 12:00 - 1:00 on Zoom (I have yet to figure out how to
have it available to all of my classes.) and every evening from 9:00
to 10:00 via e-mail. This latter is where I will be online and
answering via e-mail, but I will not be on the computer which I can
Zoom from.

to get the homework back to you tomorrow.

then went over the rest of Chapter 10 and started Chapter 11.

finished the supplemental text and started Chapter 8.
1/15: We finished Chapter II, did a little
bit of computer work, and started Chapter III. Remember Homework #0 is due next class. I would
like to meet in the computer lab next class.
2020/1/13: I handed out the syllabus, the supplemental
text as a PDF file, and first homework
assignment. The corrected syllabus is posted
online. We covered Chapter I and part of Chapter II.
