Economic Systems
4/16: We finished Japan. Then we
looked at the questions on the review sheet for Tuesday's exam and the
homework I handed back. A summary of the data can be found here.
The review session will be Monday at 4:00 in the normal room.
4/14: You presented on Japan and handed in
the homework. I handed out the review sheet for next Tuesday's exam.
We set the time of the review session as Monday at 4:00.
4/7: I handed back the homework and went
over it. We then finished Germany. Because there are no
classes Thursday, Homework
#11 and your presentation on Japan are both next Tuesday.
4/2: You handed in Homework #10 and I
handed out Homework
#11. We then finished the USA and started on Germany.
3/31: I handed back the homework and went
over it. We then continued look at the USA. Remember Homework #10 is due
next class.
3/26: You handed in Homework #9 and I
handed out Homework
#10. We finished Chapter 9 and started Chapter 10.
3/24: I handed back Homework #8 and went
over it. We continued in Chapter 9. Remember Homework #9 is due
next class.
3/19: I handed back the exam and we went
over it. You handed in Homework #8 and I handed in Homework #9.
3/17: I handed out Homework #8, which is
due THURSDAY. We then finished Chapter 6 and started Chapter 9
3/5: You took the exam.

went over it. We also went over the questions on the review sheet.
The review session for Thursday's exam is tomorrow at 7:30 PM on
Zoom. We then continued in Chapter 6, which is not on the
exam.
2/26: You handed in the homework and I
handed out the review
sheet for the next exam. We forgot to arrange a time for
the review session. Is Wednesday at 7:30 PM good? We
then finished Czechia and started theoretical capitalism (which will
not be on the exam).
2/24: I handed back the homework and went
over it. We then covered half of Czechia. Remember, Homework #7 is due
next class.

We then finished Russia and China.

over it. You presented on China. We covered more of
Russia. Remember, Homework

The online version has links to the data I am giving on
Russia. We then heard about the USSR and some about the
current Russian economy. Remember, your presentation of China
is next class.
2/10: I handed back Homework #4 and went
over it We then finished Chapter 16. Remember Homework #5 is due
next class.
2/5: I handed back the exam and went over
it. You handed in Homework #4 and I handed out Homework #5.
2/3: I handed out Homework #4 which is
due THURSDAY. We then finished Chapter 6 and started Chapter
16.
1/29: You took the exam.
1/27: I handed back the homework and went
over it. We also went over the questions on the review sheet for Thursday's exam. We
then continued in Chapter 6 which will not be on the exam. The
review session will be tomorrow at 7:30 on Zoom.
1/22: You handed in Homework #3 and I
handed out the review
sheet for next week's exam. We set the time for the
review session as Wednesday at 7:30 PM on Zoom. We then
finished Chapter 5 and started Chapter 6 (which will not be on the
exam.)

over it. We then covered about half of Chapter 5.
